Aria Pictures Films Encyclopedia website relies on information from contributors for expanded accurate, entertaining, and historic information about a Production, People (actor or crew), Characters, or Locations on Aria Pictures Films Encyclopedia. It is free to submit, and always will be.

However, before any information is added, updated, or removed, the identity of the person submitting needs to be verified before the information is accepted. Then the information needs to be verified that it is accurate before it is added to Aria Pictures Films Encyclopedia. We only display the name, an image, the Production the person is in, and links to the person's acting or business websites. Information about their life story, acting history, and contact information will only be displayed if the person gives written permission and sends it to be added to their People page, which will be noted on the page. Not everyone involved will have a profile page or have more than the basics on their profile page — we are not responsible for blank or limited information about a person that was involved with or connected to an Aria Pictures Film Production.

The Accounts, Chronicles, and Description of the Production

The accounts, chronicles, and description of a Production are from Aria Pictures' and Gerald Martin Davenport's records and archived information from the Production's journal documented during production. Unless otherwise noted, the retelling and translation of the accounts, chronicles, and description of a Production are from Aria Pictures' and Gerald Martin Davenport's files.

Location Addresses (Businesses)

Addresses of businesses used as locations in Aria Pictures Productions are publicly available. We are giving them more traffic to their site and free marketing.

Location Addresses (Private Residence)

Addresses of private residences used as locations in Aria Pictures Productions will not be displayed except the City.

Companies

Information, including addresses, of companies providing support and products used as props or equipment in Aria Pictures Film Productions, is publicly available. Email addresses of the contacts at the companies will not be displayed.

We will reply by email with a list of dates and times that we would like to give you a call or you can call us to start the verification process. Once verified, we will email you a Production Submission Form with instructions to format the information and how to send images & video files.

KEEP IN MIND

Once an Above-the-Line personel has been verified for a Production, that person will not need to go through the verification process to submit information about People, Characters, and Locations for the Production. Other than getting permission from the People to display their data.
The Above-the-Line personel can only submit information about the Production they were involved.

People

To submit information about one of the People on Aria Pictures Films Encyclopedia website, you need to be that person and your identity needs to be verified. If you are a close relation to that person listed above and that person is no longer living, please mention that for clarity.
